Booking and payment
A booking exists once we have confirmed it in writing and payment has cleared. The stay is paid in full at the time of reservation, together with a refundable security deposit of €250, which is returned after checkout once the suite has been checked. Rates are quoted per night and exclude the ten per cent Spanish VAT applied to short stays. Payment is by card or bank transfer in euros.
Cancellation
Cancel more than fourteen days before arrival and the stay is refunded in full. Between fourteen and seven days, thirty per cent is retained. Inside seven days, the stay is not refunded. Shortened stays are not refunded once you have arrived. The €250 security deposit is always returned unless there is damage. If we ever have to move you, we will find a room of equal or better standard nearby and cover the difference.
House rules
No smoking anywhere inside, including the terrace doorway. No parties or events, and quiet in the stairwell after eleven. Guests not named on the booking may not stay overnight. The suites take a maximum of one, two and three guests respectively, infants included. Spanish law requires us to register every guest's passport or identity card on arrival.
Privacy
We keep your name, contact details, stay dates and payment record because we need them to house you and because Spanish law obliges us to. Identity details are filed with the authorities as required and held for three years. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond our payment processor and, where you have asked for one, the driver or club making your booking. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only what is needed to keep the pages working is stored on your device, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Company details
Djenoza Residence, Calle San Cristóbal 34, 29601 Marbella, Málaga, Spain. Tourist registration number and company identifier to be inserted before this page goes live. Governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Málaga competent in any dispute.
